El Dorado

I bought a recliner at, El Dorado in miami lakes, for a nursing home. I had to go out of town the day they delivered the recliner and the nursing home accepted the recliner. When I returned 3 days later the nursing hoem told me I had bought the wrong recliner, I had bought material intead of leather. I went to the store I tried to get it exchanged that I would repay for the extra delivery. I was informed that once it is out of the store and accepted they do not exchange or take returns. I spoke to customer service and managers and no one helped. The nursing home had to keep the recliner. I am very upset that they do not help or assist the elderly and do not help in any way to satisfy their customers. All they want is the muchandise out of their warehouse and you are stuck to it no matter what happens. They were very rude. I will not buy from them again.

I was interested in buy a tempur pedic bed, and already decided on buying the bed. I went and asked the salesperson for the pillows that went with the tempur pedic bed. She showed me a few models. I asked her if the pillows came with the bed. The salesperson responded that she would have to speak to the manager to see if the mattress would come with the pillow. The pillows by itself cost $129.00 ea. The mattress I was thinking of buying cost $2,300. Moments later, the salesperson arrived with the manager. The manager told us that unfortunately, she could not give me that pillow for that type of mattress. She offered a $20.00 pillow free with a purchase of the $2,300 mattress. I was so turned off by the response of the manager, that I simply walked out of the store! She would have made a great sale on a $2,300 mattress if she would offer some sort of a deal or a special. She was going to give me a $20.00 pillow for a nearly $3,000 mattress sale.   I went elsewhere, such as Mattress Giant, and I ended up buying the same bed, two hundred dollars less, and received a tempur pedic pillow for free with the purchase of the mattress. Mattress Giant is the place to shop for mattress.   El Dorado can kiss my $%^# Report
