DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!! Where on planet earth are all sales final?! I got a defective mattress that sinks in since day 1 despite being "firm" and expensive and they refuse to exchange it. The furniture is CHEAP and quickly falls apart! Spend your money elsewhere!!!

In August 2015 I purchased the Hanna sectional sofa along with 3 bedroom sets. The sofa was $2,100 plus tax. Not cheap! I chose El Dorado over it's local south Florida competitors because I thought their quality was better. WRONG! My husband and I are pregnant and due 12/2016 and there are so many things to prepare for. I ordered multiple items which were said to come on different dates, some months apart. THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE! THE SALES PEOPLE THERE ARE LIARS! MY FURNITURE ARRIVED 4 WEEKS LATER THAN PROMISED. ON TOP OF THAT, I PURCHASED THE PROTECTION PLAN AND HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THE FURNITURE FIXED AND THAT HAS ALSO BEEN A NIGHTMARE! The issue was resolved shortly after I complained online... Prior to that nothing was done... I m satisfied with the replacement.

Ok went to el dorado was assured the furniture I was buying was high end leather. With in six months the recliner started to wear out went in spoke to someone was told they would send some one out long story short six months later numerous emails and phone calls it was replaced. To make the story short. Bed: Frame bent after 2 weeks. Price $700 Chair: Base broken first week, they make a replacement and broke again. Non Genuine Leather. Price $300 Sectional Sofa: Good condition but the leather feels sticky. Price $1300 Coffee Table: Some cracks. I purchased over $9k on furniture the sales agent great Bibi, some of the piece were defected, including a very expensive sectional, One of the manual chairs did not close, reported n I upgraded to the electric chair, however the right chair was defected, they send another that was worse than the previous, I signed the form telling of the defected products.. One of the nicest furniture store in Miami, I consider it to be El Dorado; however, the customer greeting and treatment of customers is far from friendly or acceptable. The policies of El Dorado pushes people to other furniture stores and walk away from El Dorado.
