First time buyer. Paid in full. Set up delivery date. Date came and no delivery. I called and they said the sales person screwed up. Mr. Simons the store manager called and said...too's the sales persons fault not El Dorado. My invoice states the delivery date. Purchase a dining room set in wellington, fl, for $3000.00. It contains 2 benches and 2 chairs, in leather. I never used it but once, as I am a snowbird, the benches started to peel, it apparently was not leather. I called customer service, got the run around and was told I should have known it was not leather. It was sold as leather. contacted Consumer Affairs in Boca Raton. Was told I would only get $400.00 that I could use to buy some chairs?... Read more

Despite the negative reviews on this store, I decided to give them a chance as the furniture seemed decent for the price and what we wanted; and the salesman was very professional. However, when it came time to deliver the furniture, the delivery men forgot to attach bolts to our bed, they delivered broken furniture, and they took 5 trips ("5 TRIPS!!!") to swap the piece of furniture. I went to El Dirado outlet Miller square to buy a pub bar I had seen earlier today and noticed the one on the floor was scratched badly. I was still willing to take it. I asked Daryl (store manager) if he could give me a small discount... he said the person who can make that decision wouldn't be back till Monday Labor Day. Since 08-11-16 the i report my recliner problem still no solution I call and fill contact form many times but that a Joke no one solve my problem At this point I don't care any more when el dorado solve my problem but for sure I am not you customer any more ever

We bought it for my parents as a gift for their new home and after 5 months, the head cushion started peeling. This is supposed to be a "genuine leather" sofa. I've had leather sofas for many years and not one of them have peeled. The "expert" technician report stated that it was mistreated. I have a problem with my recliner with Kendall store and I call more than 15 timer Her manager Vivian will solv my problem but they do nothing affter 2 weeks I don't have any idea what to do but please have some one more profecional to solve this problem I never buy any thin at Dora furniture ever in my life
