Damaged Sofa
On Dec 2016 I bought a reclining set at eldorado Miami, on Sep. 2017 my 3 seat recliner was partially function and the back was tilt over than should, I called and a tech visit was to order a part, the part for some reason was never ordered or was wrong, in December 2017 after screaming at customer service, they attempt to deliver a new pc on 2/2/18 with was also damaged.
today i called and told i need to wait for a new shipment coming in 2/28/2018, this is the worse customer service I ever experienced. this company do not have any inventory or replacement good.
horrible customer service, a manager never calls back, I have emails and pictures since 9/2017. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ELDORADO.

Preferred solution: I want them to replace it immediately, i am tired or waiting, it's almost 6 month.

I had a promotional account that was to expire on May 17, 2018 that I paid off on March 28, 2018 I spoke to a Rep waited after a week call back spoke with someone else to make sure that everything was paid as I requested long story short I received my bill for the month June an the account is back on the bill along with interest when I call them they stated that someone change it a few day ago the supervisor stated that they actually help me out because they took it and put it on the balance of the bill but he could credit the interest back in give me a free month so that I could pay the promo part again I told him no because I all ready paid it I don’t have another $500 to give so I close that account so I advise everyone to stay away from El Dorado BluCard love the Furniture
Furniture Fiacso
Purchased a leather sofa, two pieces arrived damaged, took three more deliveries to get the right undamaged pieces. Worst customer service ever, never call you back, never return calls, never keep promises.
Purchased a TV stand with an artificial fireplace with led lights and heater, stopped working two weeks later, Two months still trying to get a replacement. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
Terrible sales people, told us everything was available and in stock and nothing was in stock, had to wait weeks for back orders and delivery.
Delivery guys do not speak English so if you do not speak Spanish you are sol. Tracked mud all over our new house and new carpets.
Worst experience ever and still not over.

AN EMPLOYEE, ONCE APON A TIME. IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE RIGHT GROUP, YOU GET FIRED.
MANAGERS HAVING AFFAIRS WITH CASHIERS. AND THE WAY THEY TREAT AND TALK ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS. THEY TELL THE CUSTOMERS ONE THING AND THEN DO SOMETHING ELSE.
COCONUT CREEK STORE SHOULD BE CLOSED. THERE ARE NO REAL MANAGERS.
THE SALES PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND NASTY. TRUST ME, I WORKED THERE. I SAW ALOT!!!! YOU HAVE LITTLE GIRLS TRYIN TO PLAY GROWN UP AND THEY DONT HAVE A CLUE.
THEIR PROBALY ALL STILL THERE. AND IF THEIR NOT, ITS BECAUSE SOMEONE WISED UP AND SAW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.
NOTHING!!!!! JUST GOSSIPING.
El dorado furniture BLUE CREDIT CARD
En los últimos 24 meses he comprado en el dorado furniture en tres ocasiones aproximadamente 22 mil dólares considerando el dinero en efectivo , soy un cliente que regresa por mas y que hago mis pagos a tiempo y cantidades suficientes ,al hacer otras compras sin haber liquidado en su totalidad el proimer balance , cada vez q haces un pago ellos lo dividen para cada compra efectuada , hace tres meses no he recibido mi cuenta del dorado por correo y por eso no me percate q para el pago que pertenecía al 4 de marzo debi cancelar el total de la primera compra que era aproximadamente 2100 dolares , do ayer entre online para hacer e pago de abril veo que en vez de tener un balance de 5000 mi balance había subido a 8579.87 pq me estan cobrando los intereses de la primera compra en su totalidad . Esta mañana llame muchas veces al servicio al cliente de la tarjeta que el dorado te ofrece para financiar q es con Comenity bank y me asombro de ver q ellos no tienen el minimo de respeto por el cliente , no les importa cual es la situación y no te ofrecen nada para resolverlo , les ofrecí cancelar los 5 mil dólares en su totalidad para que me retiraran los cargos por intereses , que no estamos hablando de 300 o 500 dólares , y todos los representantes que me atendieron en diferentes localidades dijeron que ellos son el ultimo punto de contacto , este banco q el dorado te ofrece no sirve , no tienen costumer service , no les importa si no regresas al dorado porque ellos dicen que no tienen nada que ver con el dorado y entonces mi preg es , como ofreces una tarjeta de crédito a tu cliente para que te compre y después ellos dicen que si compras o no en el dorado otra vez no es su problema , q serian de los bancos y de las tiendas sin nosotros los clientes , yo creo que el cliente se merece respeto y que el dorado esta financiando con un banco que no representa sus interéses , es very sad , yo no regreso mas , lo siento , yo mi dinero lo uso pero no lo regalo y mucho menos a un banco q te dice que por encima de ellos no hay mas nadie a quien reclamar , no lo entiendo !!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE COMMUNICATE AT ALL. Not happy at all with this company.
I hope That they resolve my issue. I ordered 6k worth of furniture and it still is not correct. First they brought the dining set out in the buffet was damaged. They rescheduled right away to send another one out for next weekend.
Next weekend came in they delivered our other kitchen furniture but they did not bring the buffet as promised. They did not call to let us know that it was canceled and as a matter fact they couldn’t even close the kitchen order because the whole order was canceled after they had put on the truck the night before. At that point say when I called they told me that they had took it off the truck because of quality issues. I don’t believe that story because they did not call me before.
The manager Edwardo was suppose to call me back by Tuesday and he did not. I called Him on Tuesday and he remembered my case and gave me some excuses why he didn’t call. He set up another delivery for this Saturday. This Saturday came and by 11 o’clock nobody has showed.
This was after receiving for confirmation three via text message and one via phone call. When I called they did not have an answer for me. Again they told me that the buffet was removed off the truck and they don’t know why maybe for Quality concern reasons. At this point I’ve wasted two Saturdays waiting for furniture that has an appearance they now only have four of these buffets left in their warehouse.
Still do not have answers to this issue.. basically a lot of bs and no results

Totally incompetent customer service , worse delivery service and impossible to reach anyone in senior management to voice any complaints . Would never recommend El Dorado Furniture to anyone .

Y lo que me vendieron es cuerina china que eso es una porqueria
Hice mi reclamo y me dijeron que no tenian garantia yo no estoy pidiendo garantia de arreglar el mueble porque el muebke esta trabajando yo quiero garantia de la calidad que me vendieron cuero y no es cuero unos muebles tan caro y ahora no respaldar el producto que venden me parece un engaño al publico que hagan algo asi
Purchasing living room furniture
I would personally like to Ariel and Lily. Of the Cutler Bay store.I had made a bad choice in furniture.
These 2 people went above and beyond to correct my wrongs. I am now overly pleased with my selection. I was given one on one service,patience and most of all they listened to my needs and came up to a beautiful living room. My disabled husband now sets in the living room because of the comfort of the furniture.
These two people are a asset to this company. They have made a lifetime customer from me!
