Ayuda con unos muebles q compre online

Compre unos muebles online y el tocador del cuarto me lo trajeron de in color diferente. Una de la silla del comedor vino rota defectuosa, el sofa una de las tiras del sofa esta despegado. Ya llame al business bureau y parece q le mandaron un email pero me dejan mensaje q los llame y cuando los llamo estan ocupados. Q hago my email es bericka001@***.com. Los q atienden la area de internet sin unas pesadas y groseras. Q hago.

Red help to fix a leather couch

I purchased a leather couch and a live seat. Its been 4 years and its fading already. Yes we seat in it daily but for $3000 it should not do this. Why do I have to have someone repair this. El dorado should stand by their merchandise. Why do I have to have outside repair to help me. Customer care is very important and I need help

Don't buy inferior products

bought a sofa, had problems with the batteries, seat cushions sinking, cup holders chrome paint coming off. All complaints started while in warranty, all known manufacturer defects. Now out of warranty on going complaints but El Dorado doesn't want to stand behind and correct the issues. Managers do not return calls, vendors don't keep their appointments. Staff is courteous especially the salesperson, but they have no say over the decisions.

Defective furnitured damage on delivery fraud

The installation was a hard without using anything to cover the wood floors they just drag the furniture in scratched up the floors I sent them pictures when they were putting the bedroom together I heard a crash I came in and said what broke they said nothing I went to clean the furniture and the shelf had a crack in it I ordered a chair which was never delivered and it was only when they came that I was told it won’t be here until January so now I have a completely useless test because I don’t have a chair to go with it nobody will talk to me nobody will get back to me this company should not be allowed to do business

Very disappointed in el dorado. Purchased a $1500 sectional. After 3 years of regular use (no children) it is peeling uncontrollably. The extended warranty sold by el dorado of course does not cover peeling. Its the perfect business el dorado sells faulty sectionals along with an extended warranty that does not cover peeling. Called el dorado customer service, first thing they tell me, theres nothing that we can do, call the extended warranty people, we do not cover peeling. Very disappointed with this company. I specifically chose them expecting the best quality, this is definitely not the case. STAY AWAY.

Y reclinable la bendedora le hiso un cuento chino que tenia un sofa se pura piel y que de 3500 si compraba el del piso que estaba nuevo se lo dejaba en 1700 que era lo mejor que tenia ahi mentira cuando abres el reclibable los pies no te llegan al final se quedan fuera

Antes de estos 2 sofa del dorado yo tuve un juego por el valor de 2000 de la competencia que me duro 7 anos y el delivery de ellos es mas caro que nadie

Hello Everyone, I'm sorry for not getting back to you guys sooner. El Dorado replaced my couch and love seat with no questions asked, a week after I post my complaint. They called me and said to come to any store and pick out a new set. The only thing would be, that if I picked out a different set and it cost more I would only have to pay the difference and pay for shipping. My wife and I pick out a better set, paid the difference and shipping which was well worth it. Thanks again for letting me post on your site and I want to thank El Dorado Furniture for making good on their promise of good customer service. Todo es es un engano la vendedora le dice a uno paga el 10% para garantizar la mercancia y el precio y a Pena’s uno llama para hacer el pedido le dicen la mercancia no esta disponible tienes que Esperar haste Febrero del 2020 y de todo mi pedido que era un valor de casi 15.000 $ me cambian el precio de la Mesa por toro mas alto al que ya estaba en la famosa lista DEL 10% pagado para garantizar mercancia.

Wost Nightmare!!

About 15 days ago we made a purchase at el Dorado furniture store, located in Pembroke Pines, Miami FL. It was a purchase of over $ 7,000 that included a bar, a dining table, a reclining sofa, a TV table, a table for the living room, ornaments, two chairs and a centerpiece. We have been clients of El Dorado for quite some time, but I think this will be the last time. There have been so many problems that I do not know where to start. I think I'm going to start with the worst of all, the sectional sofa. After having used the sofa for a while (less than 15 days), we realized that the sofa is not comfortable, the recliner does not work as expected, the height is not adequate, etc. .... we do not like it how we thought we would like it. We did what any customer, from any store in the United States has the right to do, and especially after spending more than $ 3000, we went to the store to speak with a manager to request changing the sofa. We did not want to return the sofa, just change the product for another. It turns out that El Dorado does not accept merchandise changes after 5 days, but even if you have the supernatural ability to know if a sofa will be comfortable in 5 days, El Dorado would still charge a restocking fee of 30% plus the costs of Shipping. I wonder, how will I know if a sofa is going to be comfortable in less than 5 days? Why would I have to pay a 30% restocking fee? Another answer was that I should have returned the sofa at the time of delivery, so I guess the brilliant strategists of El Dorado imagine that the delivery drivers would have to wait for 4 or 5 hours for me to know if I'm going to like the sofa or not. It is simply ridículos, disrespectful and shameful. In any store in the United States, a customer has the right to return / exchange a product within 15-30 days, regardless of the type of product, from a gallon of milk, to a TV or a computer. Then I ask myself: Why El Dorado does not allow me to change a product that I do not like, a product for which I have paid more than $ 3000? ...... I don´t have enough words to describe how El Dorado forces me to stay with a piece of furniture that I do not like, it is an abuse of my rights as a client, a lack of respect, it is shameful and completely unacceptable. But my nightmare does not end there, they had to deliver the bar 3 times. Every time they delivered a piece it had problems, again and again, very poor-quality furniture. Loose pieces, scratches, bumps, problems with the paint ... .. the list is long. After 3 times we accept the last one they brought us, but that does not mean that it doesn´t have problems, it only has "less problems" than the previous ones, but since they cannot be returned, we must keep one! ... .. the last one did not bring any of the caps for the screws and the assemblies are all uncovered. Now, we are going to try that they give us at least those caps, perhaps they also have another absurd policy for that! My only good experience with El Dorado ??, the salesperson. Mr. Henry has been excellent, kind, available and always willing to help in whatever is within his reach. It is a pity that an excellent professional like Henry works for an organization like El Dorado in which the rights of the clients are not respected, nor the ethics or the decorum of the people who work hard in this country in order to maintain their families Dear CEO / Managers of El Dorado, I feel obliged to share my experience in all social networks, forums and media at my disposal to prevent abuses like this continue to happen. I will not stop until I get an answer from you, an answer with a reasonable explanation. IF I do not receive a reply from you, I will have to go with the TV, The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. (CFPB). I hope you have an excellent day!!!
