The motor does not work for the reclining function on our sofa. We contacted the Warranty People and sent the required email and jumped through all the hoops.

The service people came and ordered parts. After two months, they returned and had ordered the wrong parts. Two months later we are still waiting for the parts. The game is played as follows: The warranty is a scam.

There is a warranty department at the store who tells you to call the warranty folks, they tell you to call the parts folks who tell you to call the delivery folks and they tell you to call the service folks who tell you to call corporate who uses an answering machine. Good luck!
